  Woke up to catch sunrise from the trail. Worth every second of the hike. Perfect way to see wildlife (we saw Whales from the trail!) and breathtaking vistas of the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. The boardwalk makes the hike very manageable. Gorgeous!

  Stayed on the paved trail so the hike was pretty easy (even for a person that rarely hikes). Very rewarding scenery though since the views were like no where else in the world

  Nice walk. It is a downhill grade, going out. So, that means, it will be an uphill grade coming back! Doesn't seem like much! But, you'll feel it! Like I said, nice walk. Really! Oh, and quite beautiful.

  This is a beautiful 2-3-hour-long walk in nature. The difficulty level is not high, but there is no disabled access at the end of the trail. I would recommend planning for at least 3 hours if you really want to enjoy it. At the end of the train, you have stunning views of the rugged coast of Nova Scotia. During the trail you are immersed in a typical forest. Luckily, mosquitoes were no big problem, but be prepared just in case. Unfortunately, we have not been able to spot any moose, but I have seen plenty of blogs with pictures of them here.
